Returns

Purchased items can be returned within 14 calendar days of your delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered final. We cannot offer an exchange for returned items. If you need a different size or color of a specific item, you must place a new order.

 

Returning a package is the responsibility of the sender. Sticky Socks cannot be held responsible for the damaged or lost shipment. Defects must be reported within 5 days after delivery.

 
Return procedure

If you are not satisfied with an item and you want to return or exchange it, please add the return form that you can download here. Please enter your name, order number, the items you want to return and the reason for the return.

 

Return shipments without a completed return form will not be accepted. Please make sure your return address is clearly stated on the form before sending your return package. As soon as we have received your shipment including return form, you will be refunded the purchase amount excluding delivery costs within 14 working days.

Return condition
  • Returns must be processed by post only within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Original tags and labels are still attached to the item.
  • Items must not have been used, worn or washed.
  • No stains or odors were found on the products.
  • The item has not been repaired to hide any damage.
  • The item is kept in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the risk of delivery, as well as the shipping costs for returns. Sticky Socks recommends sending the package by registered mail.
  • Insufficient or illegal returns will not be accepted.
  • Product and/or delivery errors must be reported within three days of the delivery date.
  • Defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • If the exchange and return conditions are not satisfactory, Sticky Socks reserves the right to return the return shipment to the sender, after which the sender will be charged the delivery costs.
  • Do you want to exchange an item? Then you must send it back to us as described above and place a new order in our webshop for the desired item.
